I’m glad to announce v0.4.7 release!

Syncspirit is continuous peer-to-peer realtime syncrhonization tool. It implements BEP protocol and provides seamless interoperability with existing syncthing nodes and clients.

You can download ready-to-use binaries for Linux x86_64 (AppImage), Windows 32 bit (WindowsXP is supported), Windows 64 bit and Mac OS X (Apple silicon).

Notable changes (since previous v0.4.5 announce):

Syncspirt source code uses GPLv3 license.

syncspirit is a continuous file synchronization program, which synchronizes files between devices. It is built using the C++ rotor actor framework. It implements the BEP-protocol for files synchronization, or, simplistically speaking, it is a syncthing-compatible synchronization program at protocol level, which uses the syncthinginfrastructure (for global discovery and relaying).

Despite being functional, syncspirit is less feature-rich than syncthing and is still in heavy development

While this is true, at the moment syncspirit is a faster on a small files (upto x15), and supports different platforms.

Yep, I plan to do 10-years asked “selective sync” feature
