I want to get a nice laptop and been keeping my eye on the framework laptop specifically the new AMD ones, but wondering if the battery life has improved and if getting onboard with it is worth it now that it had some time. Was skeptical cuz the potential for the company to go under was high and still a bit skeptical. The modular approach would cuz problems if the company ever goes under and unless the company releases shematics or whatever to keep it thriving if it ever does go under… still a bit weary.
Was thinking on also getting a second laptop off of ebay as a backup in case shit hits the fan.
Also been looking at ASUS Rog Zephyrus G14, potentially some Dells but if I go with Dell I will make sure to not compromise too much, and HP has some nice ones that aren’t too terribly priced.
