Can confirm it happens even with residential IPs recently, good thing I don’t have static or ‘sticky’ IP so I’m not blocked too long.
If you have an IPv6 prefix, you could look into rotating your IPv6 address every time YouTube blocks you.
How
A VPN gets around the block. I change locations when I’m blocked.
In my experience this should go away after some hours, alternatively you can obtain a new IP address (powercycling your router, switching to mobile data etc, depending on your set up).
